Grace Love [executive chef], is a very passionate being who sends love to your food that nourishes your soul, body and mind so you can then share that love with those around you. Grace is a self-study cook; she creates dishes working with inspiration and intuition. Grace loves making raw cakes, curries and experimenting on a daily basis. Grace is also a founder of Vegan Festival in Adelaide and is currently finishing her first book "Confident Cooking. A Blissful guide to cooking without recipes" introducing a totally brand new world concept of cooking.

Grace says: "I love the process of creation [I am really an artist] and using what's available to achieve amazing outcomes that people love. I hope people get inspired by our dishes and go home to make something similar themselves. That is why I love making new things each day - the change is my friend. I love challenges and I always aspire to do better next time."

Shane [Bliss Manager] - front of the house and barista, very sociable and easy-going, handsome with a sense of humour.

Pia  [Maria Pia de Razza-Klein] - everyone knows our lovely Pia already, an internationally recognised Italian chef, ran a restaurant "Trattoria" in Wellington  and now cooking at Bliss and mentoring Grace. Pia and Grace are working on the cookbook "Food. Love. Laughter".
