Bliss principles
Shane and Grace believe that organic food is the way to go, the way to live and eat. That helps our health and does not harm the Earth.
Most produce, meals and retail products at Bliss are organic (certified or organically grown). So, whenever possible we source organic produce and products.
Our priority order: Vegan, Organic, Local.
Recycling and Helping Community
We recycle whatever we can and compost all food scraps. Whatever we cannot compost, we give it to the local community gardens. Leftover food goes to local homeless shelters and people in need.
By purchasing bottled drinks at Bliss you help not-for-profit organisations as 30% of the collected and sold bottles goes towards Animal Liberation SA and One Village.

Bliss menu can be gluten free, so if you cannot tolerate gluten, Bliss is a place for you. If you are gluten-intolerant, please mention that to our friendly staff to make sure you are given a gluten-free option. However, we do use the same equipment (example a toaster to toast both gluten and gluten free breads).

we use commercial dishwashing cleaning powder that is environmentally friendly. All other cleaning products (kitchen, toilets, floors) are organic and/or bio-degradable and environmentally friendly.

we recycle as much as possible. We recycle paper, bottles, boxes, flyers, anything that can be recycled. We also re-use our containers (glass bottles for oil).

community-driven. We are a business and thus want to make a profit, but our priority is to provide healthy food, warm service and assistance to our community. We offer many options/facilities to our local groups for free. Also, the money from the bottles sold goes towards not-for-profit organisations based in Adelaide helping those in need. Our our food scraps are either composted or given to the community gardens.
